Our Testing and Validation Methods
OBI uses cutting-edge testing to ensure the safety, efficacy, and molecular precision of all bioactive ingredients and formulations. Our qPCR DNA/RNA analysis enables rapid, cost-effective evaluation of cellular and genetic effects, providing deeper insights into skin aging and product performance. Chemical and physical validation is conducted using FTIR, UV-VIS, HPLC/GC, viscometry, and SPF testing.
Efficacy and safety are further confirmed in collaboration with Therapeutic Peptides Inc., utilizing human cell cultures, ELISA, CyQuant, and other advanced assays, all supported by state-of-the-art on-site laboratories and instrumentation.
Chemical Validation
OBI evaluates the chemical properties of ingredients using
advanced techniques, including:
- FTIR and UV-VIS Spectroscopy
- Laser Low Angle Light Scattering
- SPF UV Trans Spectrometry
- Multiple HPLC and GC Systems
- Automated Titration Equipment
